A brief description of the major work items for the above contract includes: 15 TON of HMA 120 LF of Concrete Curb & Gutter 30-Inch Type D 630 SF of Concrete Sidewalk 4-Inch 3 EA Inlet 2x3-Ft 33 LF of Storm Sewer Reinforced Concrete Class V 12-Inch All Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, payable to the City of Plymouth, in the amount equal to five percent of the bid. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through online for bids to be accepted. Prospective bidders must be prequalified to submit a bid, see Instructions to Bidders. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within the 90-day period after the date of the bid opening. As a part of their Bids, Bidders shall submit a full and complete list of: 1) all of the proposed Subcontractors, and 2) the class of work which each will perform. The selected Contractor shall not alter this list without the written consent of the City. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informality in the bids received and to accept any proposal, which they deem most favorable to the interests of the Owner.
