Connaughtown ADA Submission SR 3013 (New Elm Street) & Light Street Contract The Project involves the installation of a pedestrian activated rectangular rapid flashing beacon at the existing intersection of SR 3013 (New Elm Street) & Light Street. In addition, the new ADA curb ramps are to be installed along with new crosswalks. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of Plymouth Township or a Bid Bond in favor of Plymouth Township in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The work in connection with this project constitutes a Public Works by a Public Body under Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, must be paid to workmen employed on this project. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the date of the bid opening. The Plymouth Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities.
