Items of work include erosion control installation, tie-down anchor removal, asphalt pavement removal, grading, aggregate base course (P-209 Crushed Aggregate Base Course) placement, asphalt paving (1.5” of NCDOT Type S9.5D over2.5” of NCDOT Type I19.0C), refined coal tar emulsion with additives slurry sealcoat, marking, tie-down anchor installation, seeding and mulching.
