Range $ 75,000 to $ 125,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Sealed Bids received after the specified opening time will not be accepted. Note: Mason County reserves the right to award bid items individually, in groups or as a complete package, whichever is in the best interest of the County. Bidders shall use Total All Schedules Amount in determining the bid deposit amount. Additional Note: All Type 2E Working Drawings & Submittals are due at Bid Opening per WSDOT Standard Specification Section 1-05.3 Delivery Deadline is on or before 9am on Monday September 15th, 2025, at Mason County Public Works, 100 West Public Works Drive, Shelton, WA 98584. Firm price is solicited for (3) culverts as described in bid specifications and special provisions. Mason County will accept no additional charges including, but not limited to freight, fuel surcharges and other charges. Payment for purchase will be made according to State Statute, in the month following the delivery of the material, providing a properly detailed invoice has been furnished. ALL BID PROPOSALS shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in the form of a Surety Bond, Cash, Cashiers Check, or Certified Check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. The Proposal Bond shall be on DOT Form 272-001A Revised 05/13 for Local Agency Use. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the Specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to Mason County. The (Local Agency) in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
