The anticipated services shall likely consist of, but shall not be limited to, the following: A New Bio-Science Laboratory Building, single story, approximately 8,000 square foot. It needs to be a thoughtfully designed and flexible space that mimics a large higher education wet labs, dry labs and damp labs scientific laboratory complex on a smaller scale for our higher education students, without compromising on specialized equipment space and lab areas.
