Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project is a Design Bid Build Construction project to remediate existing pedestrian facilities into compliance with current disability access standard (ADA) at 15 access request sites per contract documents. Project scope includes: Replace and/or Install Sidewalk Curb/Curb & Gutter Curb Ramp Driveway Asphalt Concrete Patch Landscape: Removal and Replacement, Tree Canopy/Root Pruning Tree Removal Remove and Construct: Concrete Bus Pad Cross Gutter Spandrel Iron Fence Install Pedestrian Push Button Pedestrian Handrail. EBE participation is 8%, and DVBE participation is 3% (See Part III of the Proposal).
