Site work and new construction of a laboratory facility in Los Angeles, California. Working plans call for the construction of a 8,000-square-foot laboratory facility; and for site work for a laboratory facility.
A New Bio-Science Laboratory Building, single story, approximately 8,000 square feet. It needs to be a thoughtfully designed and flexible space that mimics a large higher education wet labs, dry labs and damp labs scientific laboratory complex on a smaller scale for our higher education students, without compromising on specialized equipment space and lab areas. As of August 10, 2026, design is underway. A design/build firm has been selected. A schedule for construction has not been determined, per the owner.
