No definite date for the rebid.** All Qualified Bidders are invited to submit bids for the construction of BLUEGRASS LAKE STORMWATER MITIGATION - PUMP STATION - BID 3647. The Project consists of clearing, grubbing, grading, drainage, retaining wall, pump station, force main line, asphalt milling and asphalt overlay for the stormwater improvements. All Bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the "CONTRACTOR'S LICENSING ACT OF 1976," and as passed by the 89th General Assembly of the State of Tennessee. Furthermore, the Contractor should have the necessary licensing classifications as listed in the Rules of Tennessee Board for Licensing General Contractors-Chapter 0680-1. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or by a Bidder's Bond executed by the Bidder and a surety company licensed to do business in Tennessee in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to execute an acceptable performance and payment bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price within thirty (30) calendar days of contract award notice. Bidder agrees to comply with the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Project Requirements & Guidelines.
