BCRTA seeks proposals for the purchase, delivery and installation of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment ("FF&E") at the new Chestnut Street Multimodal Station (the "Project"). The FF&E must conform with BCRTA's design criteria and requires quality office furniture that are durable, easily maintained, functional, visually and acoustically pleasing, and incorporating the latest technology and sustainable design features which promote improved quality of work life. The construction of a 55,000 square foot intermodal facility is currently underway and includes bus storage, community spaces and maintenance facilities at the Chestnut Fields site, located at 97 W. Chestnut Street, Oxford, OH 45056. Once the building is constructed, BCRTA requires furniture, fixtures and equipment to complete the space.
