The project scope includes renovating an existing dining hall to support functions as a fitness center. The dining area spaces on the first floor of the building will be converted to fitness center uses, while the existing commercial kitchen will remain as a food service use operating as a ìghost kitchenî and fulfilling to-go and food delivery service orders. The project includes installation of computerized food lockers to facilitate this ghost kitchen operation. The existing convenience store is to remain as is. Project includes general trades, interior finishes, changes to mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building technology.
