The Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Cutbank Rural Pipeline Utility to prospective Pro- ponents to provide Submissions for a complete dual membrane filtration water treatment system for Cutbank Rural Pipeline Utility Water Treatment Plant (WTP), capable of treating surface water from Lake Diefenbaker to provide 715 m3/day potable water. The dual membrane filtration water treatment system is to be composed of one of the following combinations, with each stage consisting of two (2) trains: - A microfiltration stage followed by a nanofiltration stage (MF/NF), - A microfiltration stage followed by a reverse osmosis stage (MF/RO), - An ultrafiltration stage followed by a nanofiltration (UF/NF), or - An ultrafiltration stage followed by a reverse osmosis stage (UF/RO). The manufacturing and delivery of the treatment equipment must be completed on or before November 10, 2025. It is CRPU's intent to use a General Contractor to perform the installation of the complete dual membrane train membrane filtration system at the WTP, with programming and commissioning of the equipment to occur by the Successful Supplier following the installation, on a set of dates that is agreed upon by all parties. The criteria and assumptions in this RFP are to be used for the supply, delivery, and commissioning of a dual train membrane filtration system. Question Deadline: Fri Mar 21, 2025 2:00:00 PM (MDT)
