The Project includes the following Work: Installation of prefabricated lift station and minor improvements to existing wet well, electrical, and related appurtenances. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. This project is being funded by SRF Project No. CS010956-03 and will re-quire DBE documentation from the low, responsive, responsible bidder no later than 10 days after bid opening. This project is being supported, in whole or in part, by federal award number SLFRP2635 awarded to the State of Alabama by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the best and most responsible bidder.
