The Owner reserves the right towaive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The project includes providing materials, labor, and equipment for the Harrison Avenue Box Culvert Project. The project includes construction of a box culvert, installing rip rap, etc The Information for Bidders,Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Formof Bid Bond, Performance andPayment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the office of the Ownerlisted above. Question Deadline 04/28/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
