Replacement of Asphalt Pavement and Construction of a New Asphalt Parking Lot The CMHA is soliciting bids for the replacement of asphalt pavement and construction of a new asphalt parking lot at Llewellyn Court, reconfiguration of the laundry room at Bethel Woods, and construction of a new mailbox shelter at Monroe Woods. The CMHA will award contract to the lowest responsible and reasonable bidder. This will be based on the lowest total bid price for the Project. The Project generally consists of the following: removal and reinstallation of asphalt pavement wear course, replacement of concrete curbs, construction of a new parking lot, replacement of damaged concrete sidewalk, and other associated repairs; Construction of a new pre-engineered mailbox shelter and concrete foundation, installation of new pedestal mailboxes, and associated work; Removal and reconstruction of interior wall framing and finishes, relocation of water supply and waste piping, replacement of laundry connections, and other associated work. Not every work item will occur at every site. The Architect and Owner have identified the work items, the location where the work is to be performed and the quantity of the work.
