The successful bidder at the time he/she enters into the contract shall be required to file a performance bond in the full amount of the contract pursuant The Clermont County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities, reject any or all bids and to hold such bids for a period of sixty (60) days before taking any action thereon, and to award a contract to the lowest and best bidder.
