An invitation to Bid was issued in accordance with RCW 35.22.620, which permits the use of a Small Works Roster to solicit bids. Only qualified contractors who have (1) filled out an application to be on the MRSC Small Works Roster in the catergory of Carpentry - General or Interior Improvements - General and have been accepted, and (2) been invited to bid on this project directly by the City of Richland Purchasing DIVISION, may submit bids. The project consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all materials not specifically identified as owner-furnished, labor, tools and equipment necessary to perform the work required. The project includes converting approximately 400 square feet of open shop space to office use in the 300 Building of the City of Richland Shops, as required in the specifications.
