Request for Statement of Qualifications Energy Northwest New Nuclear LLC is requesting proposals from Design-Build project teams to provide Progressive Design-Build services for the small modular reactor project, pursuant to RCW 39.10.300-330. If unable to reach the Business Support Department, contact Cassandra Otto at (509) 377-8778 The proposed Target Outturn Cost (TOC) for the project is anticipated to be more than $3 Billion. The Target Cost (TC) for the design-build scope is not expected to exceed $2.5 Billion. Question Deadline 02/28/2025
