Renovation of a mixed-use development in Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and 1,554-square-foot laboratory facility.
**As of August 15, 2019, this project has not yet been awarded. It is expected to be awarded in two weeks. For Washington State University (WSU) Tri-Cities Wine Science Center Teaching Labs 204 and 206 - Phase 1 This is a two phased project of tenant improvements to build out existing shell spaces in Teaching Lab 206 and Prep Room 204 within the WSU Tri- Cities campus Wine Science Center Building, totaling 1,554 SF. This bid is for Phase 1 work ONLY and includes revisions and additions to existing mechanical and electrical systems up to the points of connection for future. Future Phase 2 work will include fixtures and equipment. Contract Time shall be 90 Days from Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion. Proposals MUST BE based on this Contract Time. Project is located at 359 University Drive, Richland, WA 99354. Bid Estimate: $180,000.00 to $210,000.00 Identify the meeting and project when obtaining the permit to receive appropriate rates. The University does not provide printing services; it is the bidder's responsibility to print the drawings to the appropriate scale indicated. We encourage the use of professional printing shops. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received.
