Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project includes the full depth reconstruction of approximately 2100 linear feet of road along Stevens Drive between Lee Boulevard and to (and through the intersection) with Swift Boulevard along with new curb, gutter, and 8' sidewalks (both sides) along Mansfield Street between Stevens Drive and the Columbia Playfields. Work includes asphalt grinding, ADA ramp improvements, concrete driveway improvements, RRFB foundations, pavement markings, street signs, and overall site restoration and other incidental work.
