Renovation of a laboratory facility in Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
550 Lab 105 & 122 Modification SYNOPSIS This project will enhance the functionality of the 550 Testing & Analysis Laboratory by updating laboratory utilities and infrastructure. The successful contractor shall provide all necessary materials (except those furnished by Battelle), Labor, equipment, supervision, and inspection to successfully accomplish the Scope of Work as described in the contract drawings and specifications. CONTRACT COMPLETION. (a) Work Sequencing/Interim Milestones. Work Sequencing, Interim Milestones and/or Substantial Completion of identified portions of the Work shall be in accordance with the "Work Sequence" requirements of Division 1. Final Completion. No later than 06/17/2025. Battelle has the right to inspect and evaluate the Work performed or being performed under the Contract, and the premises where the Work is being performed, at all reasonable times and in a manner that will not unduly delay the Work. If Battelle performs inspection or evaluation on the premises of the Contractor or a Subcontractor, the Contractor shall furnish and shall require Subcontractors to furnish all reasonable facilities and assistance for the safe and convenient performance of these duties.
