331 East Elevator Refurbishment Location: Richland, WA Country: United States Contracts Specialist:Newell, Melissa G Phone:509/372-4623 East Elevator in the 331 building, located at 331 Cypress Street, Richland, WA 99354 Contractor shall supply all materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors necessary to refurbish the 331 Elevator #2 per this Statement of Work, General Requirements, attached specifications "SR1228460-SPEC- 01 142400-Hydraulic Elevators" and attached drawings "SR1228460- Reference Drawings", add a fire sprinkler in the elevator pit per "SR1228460-FULLSET-01" (Please note this requirement has changed, please review updated drawings) add a heat detector to the shunt trip system within 18" of the new fire sprinkler in the elevator pit, and add a 3rd FRM to control the new "Hat" indicator in the elevator car and program this new FRM in the Notifier Fire Alarm panel.
