Contact: Purchasing Division, purchasing@ci.rich land.wa.us, 509-942-7710 The City of Richland in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, Non discrimination in Federally Assisted Programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color national origin, or sex in consideration for an award. Project Description: The project includes all materials, not specifically listed as Owner-furnished, labor tools and equipment necessary to perform the work required. The project consists of cleanup needed for property abatement of public nuisance conditions which violate Richland Municipal Code (RMC) 10.04; RMC 10.06, RMC 11.33, and RMC 23.38 located at 1415 Jones Road, Richland, WA. This includes the removal of unoccupied/unpermitted structures, inoperable recreation vehicles (RV), inoperable vehicles, trash and household items as identified in Section 00 72 10 Modifications to the General Conditions. The initial contract will be set for a Not-To-Exceed amount of $100,000. This project is estimated at $50,000 - $100,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
