DESCRIPTION: Contingent upon EPA Release of Funds. Demolition of the existing duplex lift station located at the intersection of Sioux Rd and Cesar Chavez Rd., Installation of 1,901 linear feet of new 24” PVC SDR-26 Sewer Line, Construction of a new Quadplex Lift Station, Wet well, Pumps and Controls for the existing and future build-out of the City of San Juan to the upper limits of the City north of Expressway 83. The new lift station consists of a 50’x40” lot located approximately 1360 linear feet south of Sioux Rd on the west side of Cesar Chavez Rd. A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of San Juan or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond.
