The project includes new flooring, acoustical ceilings, framing, doors, frames, glass & glazing, sheetrock, painting. Demolition, HVAC, and electrical upgrades. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following bid packages: P-1 Doors, Frames, Hardware & Specialties (Material Supplier only) P-2 Door, Hardware 8 specialties Installation. Installation of Bid package P-5. P-3 Glass 8 Glazing P-4 Framing, Sheetrock, Sheetrock Finishing, Acoustical Ceilings, and insulation. P-5 Resilient Flooring P-6 Painting P-7 HVAC P-8 Electrical P-9 Fire Alarm P-10 Demolition BID SECURITY 8 PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE BOND Bid security shall be submitted with each bid exceeding $100,000 in the amount of 5% percent of the bid amount.
