THE PROJECT includes, but is not limited to the following general items of work: The construction of concrete sidewalks along Seba Road, Gamble Road, and Bliss Street, adjustment of manhole elevations, removal of existing sidewalk, removal and replacement of existing concrete aprons, installation of crossings and sidewalk ramps, excavation and grading to accomplish these improvements, final site stabilization, and other miscellaneous tasks. The project will generally start at the intersection of Main Street and Seba Road, continue west along Seba Road to Gamble Road, follow Gamble Road south to Bliss Street, and continue east along Bliss Street to "D" Street. The proposals shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or other negotiable instrument equivalent to five (5) percent of the amount of the bid.
