furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equip-ment necessary for the "Building Addition for Centerton Public Works at Centerton Public Works" in accordance with the contract documents and project manual. Work includes but is not limited to: two additions to the existing Cen-terton Public Works building. The first addition will be a PEMB struc-ture tying into the existing PEMB structure. This approximately 1,200 sf addition is for high bay space with 2 new overhead doors and a steel framed mezzanine. The second addition is approxi-mately 165 sf and will be metal framed. 2,200 sf of the interior of-fice space will contain interior demo and renovation work for new office spaces. A bid Guarantee in an amount equal to (5) percent of the bid. The bid Guarantee can be in the form of a certified check or cashier's check made payable to the City of Centerton; a U.S. Government Bond endorsed to the City of Centerton; or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder; The successful bidder shall be required to furnish an Arkansas Performance and Payment Bond or Bonds in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Bid for contracts that exceed $20,000. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids with-out the written consent of the City of Centerton. Award will be made to the lowest responsible and re-sponsive bidder whose bid meets the requirements of the invitation for bids. The City of Centerton re-serves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding wherever it is in the best interest of the City of Centerton.
