A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Ingham County seeks proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to enter into a contract for the purpose of replacing fifteen doors including hardware and two public restroom doors that require handicap openers at the Forest Community Health Center (FCHC). Attendance at this meeting is important in order to fully understand the proposal documents. Please send a representative to this meeting if you are planning on submitting a proposal. The purpose of this meeting is to allow proposers an opportunity to present questions and obtain clarification relative to any facet of this solicitation. Any material changes resulting from this meeting will be issued in a written addendum and sent to vendors who have completed the Signin Sheet legibly. The Owner will not be obligated to accept the lowest proposal. The owner further reserves the right to approve all subcontractors. The Owner shall have the right to accept alternates, if provided, in any order or combination, and to determine the low bidder on the basis of the sum of the base bid and the alternates accepted. All work, including project clean-up, and traffic control removal shall be completed on or before August 29 2025.
