The selected vendor shall be responsible for the procurement, delivery, and installation of furniture for the City of Lansing, specifically at the Lansing Public Safety Building; Fire Stations 2, 8, and 9; and the Fire Training Building. The furniture scope includes but is not limited to desks, office chairs, workstations, conference tables, storage solutions, and common area seating. All furniture must meet the City's specifications, including durability, ergonomic design, ADA compliance, and alignment with the functional and aesthetic needs of public safety facilities. The City reserves the right to accept any bids, to reject any or all bids and to make the award in the best interest of the City.
