Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a transportation facility in Sullivan, Indiana. Completed plans call for the addition of a transportation facility; for the demolition of a transportation facility; for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
Terminal Expansion A certified check or bank draft payable to the Sullivan Board of Aviation Commissioners, or a satisfactory bid bond, executed by the Bidder and an approved surety company in an amount not less than ten (10) percent of the bid, shall be submitted with each proposal. Contractors awarded a contract will be required to furnish acceptable surety bonds in the amount of 100% of the awarded contract price. Said performance and material and payment bond shall remain in effect for twelve (12) months.
