Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Pascagoula, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The proposed project includes the site work necessary to support the new East Pascagoula Police Substation at the intersection of Chicot Street and Old Mobile Highway in Pascagoula. Work will include the demolition of existing concrete and asphalt and construction of a new Motorcycle Training Facility and a new K-9 Training Facility. The project will also include the installation of concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveways, fencing and gates, and other structures to support these facilities as well as the future Police Substation facility. Each Bid Must Be Submitted in Accordance With Article 15 of the Instructions to Bidders on the Prescribed Form Andaccompanied by Cash, a Certified Check, a Cashier's Check or Bid Bond Executed on the Prescribed Form, Payable to Thecity of Pascagoula in an Amount Not Less Than Five (5) Percent of the Amount Bid.neel-schaffer, Inc.invitation to Bidns.1788800100-1the Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish the Necessary Additional Bond(S) for the Faithful Performance of Thecontract, as Prescribed in the Contract Documents.
