Reference Number 0000380294 GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Furnish all materials, equipment, labor and supervision required for a proposed exterior coating system ; blast to SSPC-SP6; lead paint abatement, install new epoxy and primer coating to the tank exterior; inspection and touch up; and all other appurtenant work on the Jones #1(3MG) and Jones #2 (3 MG) Steel Water Storage Tanks at the Jones Pumping Station, 4141 Wiedner, Pueblo, Colorado 81008 Tank dimensions are: Diameter 106'-6", height is 45 feet. Total Estimated Exterior (SF)15048.5 (Each), not including overflow pipe. SEE INCLUDED SPECIFICATION PACKET FOR ADDITIONAL DETAILS. BASE BID. Jones Tanks 2-3MG steel tanks exterior coating system (15,049 SF each) including lead paint abatement, surface preparation, exterior paint, and cleanup. Question Deadline 03/27/2025 at 3:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes PERIOD FOR COMPLETION: Pueblo Water will award the contract by April 22, 2025. Construction to commence September-October 2025. The completion of the total contract is required by December 3, 2025. Any bid submitted after the time and date specified will not be considered. Pueblo Water reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept that bid or proposal which in their opinion best serves the interest of Pueblo Water. The date of starting work shall be fixed in a written notice from the Engineer to the Contractor, which notice shall be mailed to, or served upon, the Contractor, not less than ten (10) days before the starting date fixed therein. The Contractor shall commence the work on or before the starting date fixed in said notice and complete the work as herein described.
