Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Belleville, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000380315 The proposed project consists of full-width HMA mill and cap of 2 city streets and some storm sewer work. The streets are planned to be paved at 2 separate periods of the 2025 construction season. HIGH STREET: Main Street to Roys Street is approximately 900 lineal feet, 3 lanes wide. Some storm work is proposed in a small parking lot along the street. Paving is planned to begin May 1, 2025 and completion by June 1, 2025. LIBERTY STREET: Main Street to Huron River Drive is approximately 3000 lineal feet, 3 lanes wide. A separate watermain bore project is planned for the summer of 2025 and paving can occur after completion. Paving is planned to begin September 1, 2025 and completion by November 1, 2025.
