The delivery and installation of this project will be performed in two phases. Phase 1- July 1- July 28, 2025. Please provide lead time for equipment. ** The college will be closed on Fridays during this period** Phase 1 equipment shall be delivered, installed and operational by July 28, 2025 Phase 2- September 8- October 15, 2025. Please provide lead time for equipment. Phase 2 equipment shall be delivered, installed and operational by October 15, 2025. Each vendor who bids work that is to be install must submit a schedule of how the work will be completed. The vendor must allot time in their schedule to complete the work by the date timeline listed above. In the event the timeline is not achievable, the bid shall clearly identify any changes in proposed schedule and offer a revised schedule for CCP consideration. These facilities are utilized for administrative and instructional purposes. The location is bordered by Spring Garden Street on the North, 16th and 18th Streets on the East and West sides respectively, and Callowhill Street on the South. 3.
