Okmu mulgee Ave, Muskogee, OK 74403, and convert one (1) existing court into two (2) pickleball courts that meet all relevant in-dustry standards. The other three (3) courts will remain tennis courts. Bidders must bid on all items of the contract. The whole work under this con tract will be awarded as a single contract to the lowest responsible bidder for the work.
