The purpose of this IFB is to retain a contractor to furnish and install, on an as-needed basis, a variety of flooring products, as detailed within the following IFB. PLEASE NOTE: ACHA is providing the following brand names as a sample only so that bidders have a better understanding as to the minimum product standards that ACHA desires. As required by HUD regulation, bidders may, as detailed on Attachment H thru H-6, propose an "equal" or "same as" product, as long as such product is substantially equivalent to the products identified. Also, all specifications are subject to normal manufacturing tolerances. Question Deadline 04/09/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Right to Reject, Waive, or Terminate the IFB. Reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the IFB process, or to terminate the IFB process at any time, if deemed by the Agency to be in its best interests.
