Site work for a mixed-use development in Pensacola, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This work consists of sodding areas cleared during construction and not paved, or as otherwise shown on the Construction Plans. All material and construction methods shall be in accordance with sections 570, 571, 573, or 575 of the Florida Department of Transportation Standard Specifications, Latest Edition. construction of the following project: West Florida High School Softball Field Drainage A complete list of subcontractors to be used for these projects shall be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours after the bid date and time listed above to the Office of Facilities Planning, 30 East Texar Dr., Room 158, Pensacola, FL 32503. Attention: M. Keith Wasdin, Director. Only bids from Pre-qualified Contractors will be accepted. Any bid received after the above-mentioned date and time will not be considered. The Owner reserves the right to waive formalities in the bidding and reject any/and or all bids. Bid award recommendations to the Board are pending subject to final review and verification of required documents.
