Warrington Fire Station Utility Relocation Escambia County Facilities Management needs to relocate the existing water and sewer lines that feed the fire station. The existing sanitary sewer system serving the Warrington Fire Station will be converted from a gravity system into a low-pressure system in an effort to eliminate the discharge across private property. Question Submission Deadline:March 21, 2025, 4:00pm The existing sanitary sewer system serving the Warrington Fire Station will be converted from a gravity system into a low-pressure system in an effort to eliminate the discharge across private property. The existing gravity sewer line will be directed into a new duplex grinder pump station and pumped northward to tie into an existing 2" sewer forcemain which serves the Sheriff's substation. All of the proposed sewer improvements will be completed on Escambia County property/easements and outside of the FDOT right-of-way. A permit has been issued from ECUA for this work. The existing water service to the fire station will be relocated off of the adjacent private property to be entirely located on the fire station property.
