Renovation of an educational facility in Longview, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of May 14, 2025, project was awarded to Mundt Music of Longview awarded amount is not available. Question Deadline 03/31/2025 at 12:00 PM CT The district reserves the right to, before awarding the contract, to require additional evidence of qualifications, licensing, and previous experience if deemed necessary. Contractors will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond, submit proof of liability insurance and workers compensation. Owner intends to enter into an agreement with a contractor to provide PA Systems upgrades to the Longview High School Coliseum. The Respondent, will be required to meet the schedule set forth and agreed upon. This project will require coordination efforts from all parties involved including the district. This will be a remove and replace project with a tentative 4 week schedule. The schedule will be discussed and finalized prior to a contract being awarded. The Owners representative will aid in coordination of the schedule. Any substitutions of products must be formally submitted and approved. Submitting a proposal with products not approved will result in disqualification.
