Each request for an interpretation shall be made in writing to the engineer no less than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening. Each interpretation made will be in the form of an Addendum to the contract documents and will be distributed to all parties holding contract documents no less than five (5) days prior to the bid opening. The project consists of making improvements at the Dogwood Springs WSC's Water Plant Site No. 2 including: a new water well, new controls for the hydropneumatic tank, electrical upgrades/repairs and other miscellaneous improvements.
