Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Gatineau, Quebec. Completed plans call for the demolition of a museum; and for site work for a museum.
The Canadian Museum of History (the Museum) is inviting qualified firms to replace the CWM Memorial Pool membrane. The intention of the Museum is to select the Bidder with the lowest compliant Bid who may then be invited to enter into a Contract with the Museum. The selected Contractor will be required to deliver the Work and Services described in the procurement documents including, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to replace the Memorial Pool membrane located at the Canadian War Museum, Ottawa, Ontario. Work will be completed in four phases: Phase 1: Demolition and surface preparation Phase 2: Pool Waterproofing Phase 3: Submergence Test Phase 4: Reinstatement Question Deadline 05/02/2025 at 11:59 PM ET Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
