The Work of Project consists of the following: FNT intends to upgrade the overall aesthetics and functionality of the restrooms, as well as meet current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements and determine if the existing num-ber of fixtures meet current building code requirements. The work includes the following items: 1. Upgrade the appearance of the restrooms to reflect current design trends including upgrade of finish materials on the floors, walls, counters, and ceilings. 2. Renovate restroom(s) to comply with ADA requirements as required. 3. Upgrade all elements, including fixtures and accessories within the restrooms: toilet parti- tions, sinks, plumbing fixtures (water closets, urinals, faucets), hand dryers, soap dispensers, other dispensers, lighting, mirrors, doors, etc. 4. Upgrade entrances at each renovated restroom, to coordinate with the interior upgrades and design theme. 5. The project does not include any upgrades or changes to the airport technology systems including but not limited to, Wi-Fi, PA systems, access control at the restrooms and other similar technology systems.
