The list of Services in this RFSQ will vary based on Project specifics and will be communicated in detail with every scope. In general, but not limited to, scopes will include: Building demolition; Excavation; Landscaping, paving (asphalt and similar); Tree, infrastructure removal, capping, protection, and; Similar designated substances and hazardous waste abatement. For every scope, the wining Proponents will be expected to engage an Architectural Consultant (from University VOR or external), and/or an Engineer Consultant to carry on with the detailed demolition documents, Permit application and site supervision typical procedures. Letter from Surety Company confirming it is willing to provide the necessary bid bond (10%) and Performance bond (50%) Labour and Material bond (50%).
