Bid Response Will List Per Hour Labor Rate Per Hour. Service Call Cost Per Trip Will Be Detailed. Lawson State May Furnish Parts Needed for Repairs. All Vendors Must Turn in the Parts Receipts Attached to All Invoices for Furnished Parts Before Payment Will Be Made. The Contract Will Begin When Accepted by Both Parties and End June 2026. The Contractor Shall at Their Own Expense Maintain Insurance of Such Types and in Such Amounts as Are Necessary to Cover Their Responsibilities on a Project of the Character Contemplated Under This Agreement. The Contractor Shall Be Trane and Carrier Chiller Certified. The Contractor Shall Be Certified With Tridium Ax and N4 and N4 Advanced Building Automation. Honeywell Contractor Required Raypak Boiler Factory Training Required the Contractor Must Have Experience With Water Source Heat Pumps, Cooling Tower Maintenance, Motor Alignments, Rtu's Rooftop Units, Gas Package Units, P Tac Units, Commercial Units, Window Units, Hvac Preventive Maintenance, Coil Cleaning, and Filter Changing Contractor Shall Have a State Hvac and a State Refrigeration License. The Contractor Shall Hold a General Contractors License. The Contractor Must Have a Master Gas Fitters' Card. Certificates of Insurance Will Be Provided to the College Before Work Can Commence. Response to Service Call Request Must Be Within a 24-hour Period. All Contractors Bidding This Project Should Take the Responsibility to Visit the Site and Examine All Existing Conditions Prior to Submitting Their Proposal. All Bidders Shall Have General Liability and Workman's Compensation Insurance. All Bidders Bidding in Amounts Exceeding That Established by the State Licensing Board for General Contractors Must Be Licensed Under the Provisions of Title 34, Chapter 8, Code of Alabama, 1975, and Must Show Evidence of License Before Bidding or Bid Will Not Be Received or Considered by the Owner. All Bidders Shall Show Such Evidence by Clearly Displaying Current License Number on the Outside of Sealed Envelope in Which the Proposal is Delivered. A Certified Check or Bid Bond Payable to Alabama Community College System in an Amount Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Amount of the Bid, but in No Event More Than $10,000.00 Must Accompany the Bidder's Sealed Proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds Will Be Required at the Signing of the Contract for Projects That Exceed or Equal $100,000. These Bonds Shall Be Executed Within the Requirements Set Forth in the Code of Alabama 1975, Title 39, Chapter 1.
