Iwu is Seeking Experienced and Qualified Contractors to Submit a Bid to Perform Enclosure Repairs at Ames Library Building, Including: Repair to Existing Glazed Assemblies, and Repairs to Air and Water-resistive Barrier, Perimeter Sealant, and Masonry Cladding Surrounding Glazed Assemblies. It Shall Be the Bidder's Responsibility to Ensure That the Bids Are Received by Wje as Described Above. Iwu Shall Not Be Responsible for the Bids Received via Email by Wje After the Deadline Regardless of Reason. Iwu Reserves the Right to Set Aside a Bid From a Contractor Whom, in the Iwu's Opinion, Does Not Exhibit Past Experience Equal to the Site and Scope of This Project or Has Exhibited Poor Performance on a Similar Contract.
