The City of Bloomington, Illinois, is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from experienced and qualified architectural and engineering firms to develop a concept plan for a new Public Works campus located at 1706 Morrissey Drive. The proposed campus will house the Public Works Department that will include but may not be limited to Administrative offices, Solid Waste, Streets and Sewer Divisions, Customer Convenience Center, and Fleet Maintenance operations. The selected firm will work closely with the City to develop a comprehensive concept plan that meets the operational and facility needs of these divisions. The City is having on-going budget discussions and there is not an established budget or set timeline for the project at this time. It is important that interested firms can assist the City in maximizing the function and flexibility of the existing site to meet current and future needs and stay within the budget once it is established.
