This Contract will be a regional contract that includes Western counties: Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Lafayette, Levy, Madison, Suwannee, Taylor, and Union within District 2. The Contractor shall perform Sign Repair and Replacement Operations pursuant to the terms of this Contract and at the direction of the Department. District boundaries are as described on the Agency Resources Website at the following The Contractor shall provide a letter to the Department at the time of bid, from a surety authorized to do business in the state of Florida, verifying the Contractor is bondable in the state of Florida. For the purposed of this contract, the dollar amount is established at $500,000.00. Awarded Contractor must execute documents within five (5) calendar days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays with General Liability and Workers Comp Insurance.
