Reference Number 0000289359 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/04/04 03:00:00 PM EDT Pricing Lump sum Brock University intends to pre-qualify various Services providers for the period 2025 to 2028, which is a three-year period for projects approved within the Capital Program as well as other projects initiated by others within the University. The project scale will be less than $750,000 in fees and related disbursements, not including HST. Further requests in this period of validity will not be published. The University intends to prequalify Services providers for the delivery of services on a project by project basis. The project scale will be up to $750,000 in fees and related disbursements, not including HST. All projects are the result of capital/ renovation projects, refurbishment/repair work, minor or major contracts, exterior additions/alterations, interior academic and/or office renovations, retrofits and/or refurbishment projects. Category 1-General Contractor 1. Scope of Services include various projects related to teaching spaces, student residences, research laboratories, offices, etc. on Brock University properties. The General Contractor may be required to retain sub-trades for aspects of the work and will be directly responsible for the work undertaken by the sub-trade. 2. Corporate Experience shall be demonstrated through the provision of a current CCDC 11-2019 years in business, number of employees, sample projects, WSIB Workplace injury report for the years 2021 to 2024, and key individuals identified within the proponent's submission. 3. Financial, Insurance and bonding shall include a current letter of reference from the General Contractors financial institution, verification of the General Liability Insurance Policy, and a letter from the General Contractor's surety indicating bonding limits available to the proponent.
