Renovation of a museum in Kennett, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
As of April 9, 2025, project is awarded to Duncan with the amount of $20,264.72. The City of Kennett, Missouri, is interested in receiving Bids from qualified companies to provide and install the following Mini-Split Heating and Air Conditioning units to be installed in the Dunklin County Museum, a City owned building. 1. These units will be a minimum of 16 Seer and 230 volt. 2. The outside units will be mounted on the exterior of the building and not on the ground. Exterior Refrigerant lines must be enclosed 3. The inside units will be mounted on the interior walls near the 12' ceiling. 4. All electrical will meet City Code requirements. 5. The warranty must be listed on the Bid. 6. Please provide 3 local references for mini-split units installed in the immediate area. Mini Split Units: 2 each - 3 ton units with 1 condenser and 1 evaporator 1 each - 2 ton unit with 1 condenser and 3 evaporators Interested bidders should note that access to the building is limited at this time and an appointment is necessary to access the building. Contact should be made with the City Clerk's office at Kennett City Hall at least one day prior to scheduling your appointment.
