The work of this contract will require a DCAMM certification in General Building Construction. This work will also require DCAMM Filed Sub-Bidders certified in HVAC and Electrical work. The bid process and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 149. The estimated budget for this project is $995,000.00 and the estimated substantial completion date is the end of August 2025.
