Hayden Loop 101 Investors LLC is seeking a qualified construction manager at risk (CMAR) contractor to provide construction services for the Water Transmission Main Improvements for Miller Road project (Project). The Project is located on Miller Road under the Loop 101 freeway, and along the north side of the Loop 101 freeway between Miller Road and Claret Drive. AZ LOCAL TIME TO: MillerWaterPlans@kimley-horn.com Questions regarding insurance and indemnification shall be addressed prior to submittal in writing, by e-mail, to the e-mail address listed at the end of this document The Project is located on Miller Road under the Loop 101 freeway, and along the north side of the Loop 101 freeway between Miller Road and Claret Drive. The construction of this project will involve the use of public funds, and therefore, Title 34 of the Arizona Revised Statutes will be applicable. Generally,this Water TransmissionMain project willrequire cost estimating, value engineering, constructability review, and construction of the new water transmission main including but not limited to approximately 1,529 linear feet of 24"Class 350 DIP water main, 440 linear feet of 42" steel casing, various other pipe sizes and lengths to provide water service to adjacent parcels and connect to existing water infrastructure, valves, hydrants, and other associated appurtenances, survey, and testing. Substantial completion of the project is anticipated on or before December 15, 2025
